Good afternoon everyone, I have a question about Myanmar migrant workers that I’ve found quite difficult to obtain answers through other channels, if you could give some advice that would be great. 

I have a Myanmar friend who has just recently finished studies in event management in Thailand. I’m wondering what the process is to employ Myanmar staff for an upper management position, and does it follow migrant labour scheme etc.

i would say go to the Ministry of Labor in Krabi and ask, they are friendly and the manager of the Work Permit section speaks good English.
