Work permits .. Is the new law, (published Nov 2018) in place re: Transfer of your work permit to ANY employer (or even job type), and/ or any district / town without voiding the permit, or having to obtain a new one? Apparently, the only requirement is that you inform the Departement of labour, and obviously only for job tipes that we are allowed to perform.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question pertains to the possibility of transferring a work permit to any employer or job type under a law published in November 2018. A comment clarifies that there is no such law that allows for a complete transfer of the work permit; rather, individuals may add a second employer, making it the new employer's responsibility to comply with regulations.
There is no new law who mention that you can transfer your Work Permit to any employer. You can add a second employer in your work permit and by the new law this became the responsibility of your new employer and you get not get jailed if it is not done correctly.
Well i don't have the extension of stay yet. My previous non B ext will finish by the end of this month.I have applied for the renewal of Teachers license and police clearance. I have been told to get the termination letter and apply for a new WP, post which i need to submit my papers at immigration office on the same day to get a new ext.
If you change from employer, you ask for the termination letter, cancel your Work Permit at the Ministry of Labor. And your new Employer applies for a new Work Permit. If you have an Extension of Stay based on working from Immigration Office this has to be cancelled also on the last day of working.
