I had an Interpol Red Notice and was picked up in by Thai immigration then extradited. (For tax fraud-guilty). Because I was picked up by immigration, I was told that I am black listed for five years. (though no crimes were committed in Thailand). I am clear with my case and would like to come back to Thailand. Does anyone know why I would be blacklisted and if I can get the blacklist removed before five years? Thanks
