Another TM30 update. You can close commenting right away if you want. Anyway, I just registered my other condo in Bangkok and got the confirmation email right away after filling out the information. As soon as I clicked the confirmation link a window popped up and said registration was successful and user and pwd has been sent. Doubtful I checked the email again and there it was, instant! This is immigration office 2 in Bkk.
