Hi everyone! I’m on a Non O (married to Thai) visa with the annual extension ending in June. Unfortunately I’m going through a divorce (common farang/thai situation 😒) and will change to the DTV next month.

QUESTION please: Do I need to cancel my Non O visa before leaving the Thailand to apply for the DTV? Or are there any other steps I need to do please?

I was hoping to have the DTV visa lined up before the divorce is final since I have made Thailand my home and plan to return.

Thanks in advance for all your help! 🙏

I have a multi entry non O visa based on Thai spouse expiring in November.

I'm currently stamped in until 4 March 2021 but had it extended 60 days to 3 May 2021.

I will be having a divorce shortly.

1) Does my visa remain valid, can I re-enter Thailand with this visa?

2) Upon divorce, can I stay with my current stamp or have to leave immediately?

Thanks

If I am on a non O visa based on marriage but it has been extended by my place of work, does my visa automatically get canceled if I get divorced? Do I need to change to a non B visa or is there other alternatives? Thanks

Hi guys quick question. Have multi O Visa (marriage) runs out Jul'19. We are getting divorced next month. What happens to my visa? Does it get cancelled asap do I have to go to immigration once I get the divorce papers etc ? I'm 50 next September so a retirement Visa is my next option then! Thanks for advice
