British passport Holder.

Having a non immigrant O visa based on having a Thai wife, still 9 months + remaining.

Thinking of moving out of the marital home from the Ubon area back to Bangkok (Alone) and permanently, any possible visa related repercussions on this action.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A British passport holder with a Non-Immigrant O visa based on marriage to a Thai citizen is questioning the visa implications of moving from Ubon back to Bangkok. Comments suggest that as long as the individual does not officially divorce, they can continue using the visa until its expiration date and can return to Thailand to reset their stay if necessary.

You can still use it until the Valid Until date, then go to plan B after it expires. Remember, if you leave Thailand and return just before the Valid Until date, you will get another 90 days.

If you mean that you have the 1 year valid visa sticker from a Thai Consulate, you can keep on using it till the Valid until date.

If you have the Extension of Stay and as long as you do not officially divorce you can use it till the permitted up to date.
