TLDR : Answer Summary
When a divorce occurs in Thailand, the associated Marriage Visa typically becomes null and void. The individual may need to leave the country to formally cancel their visa, though the specific procedure can vary. It's essential to consult with the relevant immigration authorities or a legal expert to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
