Hope I can post this here.  I was at the Nonthaburi Immigration Office today and there is this notice posted on the door.  

Arrive early.

Thank you for the update. This is ONLY for the Nonthaburi Immigration office used by people who live in Nonthaburi. This is *NOT* for Bangkok Immigration offices located at Changwattana or Muang Thang Thani.
