For the information of farung located Surin Province. I have lived in Sangkha now since August last year, and use the Imm office at Bak Cheong. And this despite the uninformed and disinformation of some Surin that the Bak Cheong office is now in Surin. It is most definitely being run well by very competent officers. The staff there are extremely helpful and considerate. Just did my extension of stay there - 10th Feb- (45 days before the current one expires 27 March. They offered their own (double-sided version of the penalties acknowledgements (so two fewer pieces of paper in their file). Did not need a map or copy of the household register and without even asking, they gave me a new 90-day receipt so my next online is now the middle of May.

First off it's actually spelled as Kap Choeng (กาบเชิง) and it's ALWAYS been in Surin Province.. Before people from Buriram had to go there but now there are two immigration offices in Buriram Province so they can go to those and only Surin-ese-ians <-foreigners who live in Surin go there.

I am sure the roadside signage spelt with the "e" before the "o". But Google (Maps and Earth) changed to your spelling. And I suspect the folk who make the signs do not have English Lit degrees. And nice to know I am now a Surinesian Farung.
