I worked in the service industry most of my life. Things were not always run perfectly but it was always nice when someone such as you sent a good word!

Not in my experience. Always found them helpful.

And I'll never forget going for an extension at the Nong Khai office. Four officers, probably bored out of their minds, having a bit of fun because someone showed up :)

I dont know about that, Ive never had any problems with Immigration, always found them helpful. You only hear the bad things on social media. For every one person who has a problem with Immigration there are thousands that dont.
