Hello all

I'm a UK citizen currently in Bangkok on a 45 days tourist visa. I want to know my options for extending and how to do it.

I'm planning on leaving Thailand for a couple of months before my current visa runs out so no problems if I'm required to leave.

Also what are the rules with visas is there a maximum amount of time that you can spend in Thailand per year etc?

Thanks in advance.

Advice needed.

We where about to try to get a SETV in Phnom Penh. Reading a lot on "Thaivisa" website, we realize there is something called "Void without prejudice" stamp that happens a lot lately.

Turns out if you have 3 or more SETV visa in your passport (we do have 3), you may get this stamp.

I am trying to understand if this rule apply to having 3 visas from the same embassy, or just a random decision ?

Is there anyone who experience visa in PP lately ?

I read more and more that they don't follow the rules now and make some strange decisions.

Is it better to avoid?

Thanks.
