TM30 for 1 month extension of a tourist visum ?

Did someone hear about this new requirement for a 1-month extension for a 2-month tourist visa or VE? I heard someone needed:

TM30 signed by the landlord

-a copy of the title deeds of the property

-rental contract

-house registration

-Landlord's ID

This happened in BKK...

If I use a second passport (dual nationality, not a blank passport) that has no history of any entries to Thailand – will immigration be able to link this to my main passport?

My main passport has a lot of SETVs and VEs – if I was to switch the passport I enter with every 8-12 months, would that effectively look like I’ve been outside of Thailand for that period?

Or will the all seeing eyes of immigration know what I’m up to?
