Dear all, quick question on whether or not is it necessary to cancel the non-ed visa of my daughter.
We are moving countries at the end of December and my daughter (Dutch passport) has a 3 month non-ed visa (see attached) which will expire on Feb 10, 2024. She has not yet purchased the re-entry permit.
My question:
* Do we have to go to immigration and cancel this visa prior to leaving end of December?
* or can we just not purchase the re-entry permit when we leave the country which in my understanding would render it invalid?
As a background: she used to have 1 year in her previous passport which expired during our holiday so that she could not extend it and had to re-apply with the new passport and got 90 days Non-ed. So I guess it is not an extension.
Thank you in advance for your answer to our question.
