The discussion focuses on the recent price increases for the Thailand Elite Visa program, which have raised concerns among potential expats and retirees. The new costs are outlined as follows: 5 years for 900,000 baht, 10 years for 1.5 million baht, 15 years for 2.5 million baht, and 20 years for 5 million baht. Community members express frustration regarding affordability and speculate on the implications of these increases for future visa options, including the possibility of future hikes for the retirement visa deposit.

obviously it’s time to think about LTR which is far more superior. With the elite/privilege you get stamped in for 1 year and need to do 90 day reporting. With LTR it’s a 5 year stamp and only 1 year reporting. And it cost me only 65.000 baht.

Francesco Marescotti it’s the privileges you can use throughout the year. Each has a value. Limousine service, golf, massage. I don’t have list of what’s what but perhaps someone does.
