Will my unregistered apartment affect my 90-day report with ED visa in Thailand?

ORIGINAL POSTER
I am on an ED visa. My 90 day report is due and I will be going to report tomorrow. The following is my problem... I have moved to a newly built apartment, only been there for a month. I just found out that the owner has not registered me as staying there. The 2000 Baht fine is not the problem. The problem is that he has not even registered his building. Will this be a problem when reporting? Technically the building doesn’t exist... Any advice as to what might happen when reporting?
