Sudden request for proof if you still there in the country is their authority too and we hope they do this for everyone of you who like to play this stupid games and not show a single respect to the preset ruels , which everyone knows before apply.

Vietnam is very strict and consistent about proof of location. At some point during the process they will ask to see every page of your passport and a dated timestamped selfie/receipt or similar.
