Do I need to provide a negative ATK test for my Elite Visa pickup at Chaeng Wattana?
Hey guys,
I’ll soon be able to pick up my elite visa at Chaeng Wattana in Bangkok. I went through the official elite visa company and they told me in order to get into the Chaeng Wattana Immigration building, I need to provide proof of a negative ATK test result no older than 72hours, can anyone confirm if this is true?

It’s not an agent. This is directly with the company behind Thai Elite Visa. You need to get your visa “affixed” at Chaeng Wattana with their liason there.

You can get a test done outside if you have been travelling in provinces with high corona or if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive.

after seeing people say they didnt need it, I think why they made me do it was because of how I filled out the form. I just came from Phuket sandbox so I wrote that down where it asked if I had traveled anywhere in the last 14 daysMel ********
And people call this a HOLIDAY !!!

Lemme see if I have this right. You trust them to get you a visa that cost you 600K THB (or more) but you don't trust their instructions with regard to the process of picking up the visa?

I went today and had to take an ATK at the door for free

Yes, had to wait in the short queue for a nurse to come do the swab and then wait for the result which you take to the person at the door to get in. Whole process took maybe 10 - 15 minutes
