TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thailand Pass is a one-time use document, meaning you will need to apply for a new pass to re-enter Thailand after your trip to Cambodia. Each entry into Thailand requires compliance with specific entry requirements.

Thailand Pass is one time use only. You have to apply every time you enter the country and meet the requirements every time.
