Will I face visa refusal if I leave Thailand and return just before my 60-day visa expires?
I just want check if I woud get a knock back on my visa
We fly out on 25th of November and return on 25th of February which is 92 days we are going to Vietnam for a week end of January just before my visa runs out its not booked yet as we don't know how many of her thai family are going so would i get get knocked back on the 60 day visa

No one on here knows airline’s individual policy so maybe contact them for an answer

Your biggest problem is likely to be your airline, they may want to see a ticket out within the 60 days you get stamped in for so check with them

The problem is not the visa what which you will get, the problem is that the airport carrier maybe refuse you to leave because your return date is longer than the allowed 60 day on your visa ( without extension) if you got an outbound flight before 24 januari they will let you trough without problems, so book the Vietnam trip before you leave Last years airlines are getting tougher, you could phone them first to ask them what they allowJohn **********

It seems you do not understand what he is asking He is not staying 92 days in Thailand, with a single entry visa he could go to Thailand ,extend, leave to Vietnam and come back on Visa exempt. With a multiple visa he could go Thailand, extend ,leave to Vietnam and come back in the 90 day period of his visa or use the visa exempt system
