I am on a non-O retirement visa and do the annual extension using the 800,000 baht in the bank. Every year I get my bank letter (bangkok bank) from the branch in Future Park. That branch is currently closed. Will the branch at the government complex, Chang Wattana, issue the letter the same day you request it? My renewal date for my visa is 8 May. Appreciate any help.
