TLDR : Answer Summary
The user received a request from the embassy for a proof of purchase receipt that includes their name. They only have a Grab ride receipt, which does not display their surname, raising concerns about its adequacy. Various comments suggest alternatives such as obtaining receipts from restaurants or hotels, using credit card purchases for proof, and the importance of having documentation to verify their location.

Can you go buy something with your credit card? Your account number will partly show up. You can then show your statement with that account number and your name

You could make a purchase on a credit card , keep the paper receipts 🧾 like at McDonald’s or something then snip your corresponding section from your bank statement?

But also you should be able to change your grab name
