Do I have enough financial and documentation support for my visa application from Vietnam to Thailand?

I’m currently in HCMC and making my final preparations. Could you help me check if everything looks good?

1. I’ve had an average balance of around 400,000 THB over the past 6 months, and 900,000 THB in my account 3 days before applying.

2. I have several required documents from an officially recognized Muay Thai organization.

3. I have an entry stamp from Cambodia to Vietnam and an e-visa.

4. I have a PDF confirmation of my Airbnb booking in Ho Chi Minh City for 3 weeks.

Would these four things be enough? Please let me know—I’d really appreciate your help! Wishing you all good luck!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is preparing for a visa application while in Ho Chi Minh City and seeks confirmation on the adequacy of their documentation, which includes a bank balance of 400,000 THB, documents from a recognized Muay Thai organization, an entry stamp from Cambodia, and an Airbnb booking for three weeks. Community comments suggest that the bank balance should ideally be higher, and proving regular income could be beneficial.

1) closing balance for each month should be 500,000 to be safe. Are you able to prove regular income too? That would help as they are starting to ask for that.
