TLDR : Answer Summary
The user was supposed to do a border bounce in Thailand but is suffering from food poisoning, raising concerns about the implications of overstaying by 10 days. Comments indicate that while there is a daily fine of 500 THB for overstaying, concerns about potential arrest and deportation also exist. Suggestions include obtaining a hospital letter to explain the situation and advice on managing food poisoning.

Take 3 carbon tablets on an empty stomach, dont eat.
Wait 3 to 4 hours..
Then take take 2 imodium tablets.
You will be right as rain.
10 days overstay for food poisoning is laughable, in especially immigrations eyes.
I would suggest reducing the amount of overstay fines in your passport as much as possible.
Lazy ideas of having an excuse for overstaying and seeking any forgivness for it, is not good.
It is not school.

500 bht every day late they may stamp passport late stay and can arrested on way to airport best is get letter from hospital

500 THB daily penalty is one thing, the prospect of being arrested and deported for being illegally in the the country (although rare but happens from time to time) the other. Food poisoning is usually a matter of 1 or 2 days !
