Why do I have to do 90-day reporting while my classmates don't?

Hi everyone.

Yesterday me and my 2 china classmate went to chaengwattana immigration to extend our ED visa then I got to know their passport don't clip with this 90days report note. Why they no need to report then I have too.? With this 90days note can I don't go report ?
