Why are there no available appointments for a tourist visa at the Royal Thai Vientiane website in June?
Hello all. I'm American, on the Royal Thai Vientiane website to schedule a tourist visa application for Monday, June 3rd. When I search availability, it says *no available schedule* it says this for every Monday in June. (however May 27th is available). Am I doing something wrong? Could they really be all filled? Please help. Thanks.

just had a look and the online appointment system is open for booking up to Friday 31st May. I assume that tomorrow or within a few days they will release the first week for June to the public.

There you have your answer Duncan, (y) the system is not yet active on those dates, you're going to have to keep checking it and make your booking as soon as they open up.

I thought that "no available schedule" was the error prompt you get when they haven't loaded the schedule into the system yet.
I say that because when I click ALL types of visas it will only display until May 31st.

Duncan Collins June 7th is Friday, so unless you wanna stay over the weekend in Vientiane to pick up your passport on Monday I'd say go a few days before that.. ;)

Friday May 24th and Tuesday May 28th are the soonest openings for tourist visas

in not planning any onward travel except another trip to Laos in 90 days, so I'll focus on Vientiane. I'll try the booking system again tomorrow and hope in a few days June appointments will open. Thanks for the help and advice.Tod *********
