TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is encountering an issue while trying to book a queue number, receiving a message indicating that their username and passport are already in use. A commenter suggests that the user needs to log in to their existing account rather than trying to create a new one with the same credentials.

nice color screen and username and passport is already used. You need to log in, not set up a new account with already used names and passport.

this is because the site expects you to change the default password right after your first login.

Email the support team they normally get back to you within a few hours - this will let you login again.

Make sure you change your password right after. Else you will have to repeat the steps all over again.
