Can I reapply for a canceled DTV visa if I didn't use 'Jr' in my name, and will I have to pay the fee again?

My DTV visa was canceled because i didnt use "Jr" on my name. Can I reapply? And if so do I need to pay another$400 fee?

I had a agency get my visa bank account opened and my Thai drivers license being cheap can be expensive unfortunately

It has to be exactly the same name as in your passport.

except by definition Jr is you. Sr is your parent with whom you share your name, that's the difference between two different human beings.

I'm saddened to hear that you will have to pay again, but it's now a lesson learned about accuracy with Visa documents.

They are very strict with accuracy of names and many have faced similar cancellations. You can reapply straightaway but unfortunately have to pay the same fee.

I am usually very critical of the behavior of Thai immigration and the Thai government but in this case...but someone who does not write his name correctly as it appears on the passport! I would triple the visa fee.🤣🤣🤣
