TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced a cancellation of their DTV visa because they did not include "Jr" in their name. According to responses from other users, they can reapply for the visa immediately, but they will need to pay the application fee again, which is typically $400. Accurate name spelling matching the passport is emphasized as crucial in the visa application process.
What's all the fuss in getting Visa's for Thailand in the 1st place, knowing all the times they constantly change rules and law's to begin with, not to mention the highering of price's and lowering of service.

I wasn’t charged a fee I was warned that if they asked for a fee I was on the wrong site
They are very strict with accuracy of names and many have faced similar cancellations. You can reapply straightaway but unfortunately have to pay the same fee.
I am usually very critical of the behavior of Thai immigration and the Thai government but in this case...but someone who does not write his name correctly as it appears on the passport! I would triple the visa fee.🤣🤣🤣
