Sorry another question on the application when it asks for flight details do you put from your starting airport or your stopover airport as I have a layover In Dubai? Thanks for your help
Answer summary
When filling out flight details for your Thai visa application, you should provide the details of the flight that brings you into Thailand, which is typically the final leg of your journey, rather than your originating airport. If the system does not allow you to input multiple flights, include the relevant flight information in a covering letter.

Put down the full flight details. If you are providing this information within your covering letters add all flights and details.
If you are inputting into a system that doesn’t allow multiple flight inputs i.e in a web based page put in the first flight and then explain the situation in one of your covering letters making sure to input all the flight details in it.
