Hi there,

I am applying for the DTV visa. Over the past five months, I have worked for three months with a foreign company and the other two months with another company.

Which employment contract should I include in the application? Should I submit only one of these contracts or both? If the contract is not in English, does it need to be translated?

Thank you so much,

Marco

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on which employment contract to include in their DTV visa application, having worked for two different companies over the past five months. They are unsure whether to submit one or both contracts and if translations are necessary for contracts that are not in English. Respondents suggest stating both contracts but providing full details for only one, while questioning whether the second company is foreign or based in Thailand.

I'd state both contracts but maybe only the full paperwork for one, with the idea that you have lots of steady work
