Hi folks I'm about to apply for DTV soft power in Vietnam. I'd like to stay in da nang cause I've some friends. 

Which embassy should I apply hanoi or ho chi min?

 I've bank requirements with more than 500.000b avarage split in two bank accounts. Any recommendations?
