Hi everyone!  I'm currently in Cambodia and am heading to Laos this week.  I'm looking to apply for a SETV in Laos and wondered which Consulate was the best one to go to at the moment.  

I'm from the UK and I was in Thailand for 3 months on a SETV from London with an extension in Bangkok (05 March 2019 to 02 June 2019) then got a SETV in Vientiane (19 June to 17 August) and have been in Cambodia since then, expecting to be in laos for a few more weeks at least once I cross the border.

I know it's not the most extensive history, but I do want to spend more time in Thailand from around October...

Any insight would be appreciated.
