Hello, I'm bit confuse where is the location to get my TM30 recipt to get my ED visa , ? is that still at immigration close to the airport or at the Pramanada mall (because the mall already open)

You get the receipt that your address is registered from the person who did this for you, like your landlord or house owner or hotel reception.

You get all the documents and help from your school to apply for an ED visa at Immigration but, I guess that will be not possible as the borders are closed to long to have a valid stay with at least 21 days left on it.
