I'm trying to find a link for the Thai police clearance certificate form (for a Non-B). The shoddy looking official site doesn't work... any ideas?

OPTurns out you don't need a form, you just turn up with a letter from your school/work. I just finished doing it and was in and out in 22 mins. Completely hassle free! (Parking's a bitch though)

Ok, well I saw where it had a box you could check to include your work permit, so I thought it would be for at least either a Thai National or foreigner. I didn't know a Thai National could get a work permit. Anyway good luck.

OPthat link works actually but the form is for a Thai national by the look of it :( I figure I can get a form and fill it in there I'd just rather have it beforehand.

See if this lets you download the form.
