Where can you find re-entry section in DMK? How much?

If you use the search at top of this forum page, enter REENTRY PERMIT. Other posts will appear. The airport reentry desks may add 200 Thai baht for service..plus as mentioned single 1,000 multi 3,800.reentry permit.
