Good afternoon, 

Is the Border Control Room in Suvarnabhumi, the place where I can get the re-entry permit, before or after customs?

I see this question has been asked before but since it was last year just want to make sure if there were any changes since then.

The re-entry permit counter at Suvarnabhumi Airport is located at Gate 2, downstairs after security screening and before passport control. There is no customs check counter on the departure side.

The re-entry counter has not been changed. Go to Gate 2. There is the re-entry counter downstairs after security screening, before passport control. If no one is there, call out or talk to the security/passport control officer. There is no customs check counter on departure.
