I sent an email today after also getting the mailbox full/message size auto reply. Resized the photos by sending them through messenger to a friend and then resaving. FB resizes them for you! 🙂

I got a reply with the letter attached within a couple hours so I wouldn’t worry about the 5 day timescale they provide as was quick for me.

thank you.

Are you perfect? Lack of foresight and experience on my part and my employer re. submitting a Non-O B visa application. You don't know the backstory, so why jump in as a troll? Keep your insults to yourself and reflect.

5MB file size limit (crazy) for all the documents they need.

Ok, my email is coming back with a failure notice (2 times). Perhaps I will just send an email without the attachments. I was following the instructions on the website. Quoted me 5 days turnaround as well. :(

they state that there is a limit on message size (for attachments). You may need to resize the attachments

You’ll get an automated reply back telling you what documents you need to send them to get a letter. They state that it takes 5 working days. Perhaps they’ll be working overtime to service the huge numbers of people applying last minute.
