Hello, I would like to ask

If my Ed visa expires on 31st of July then which is the best date should I come to the immigration office (consider the 26th and 28th are holiday) to apply for Covid extension? (The immigration office is Changwanthana)

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a COVID extension for your Education visa, it's recommended to visit the Changwanthana immigration office between July 19th and July 23rd to cancel your current extension and apply for the new extension, considering the office closure on the 26th and 28th.

you need to get documents from your school saying you will stop studying on xxx date (usually the date your current extension ends)

GO to the immigration office the week of the 19th to the 23rd, cancel your current extension and then apply for the covid extension right then.

thank you so much Tod. As I read, normally the office will give the stamp for 14 days first right, then they will ask to comeback to the office and get rest extension?

correct once you cancel your current ED extension, when you apply for your covid extension you will get a 14 day under consideration stamp and then go back on that date to get the covid extension inked in
