Can I extend my tourist visa or convert it to another visa type while on a COVID extension in Thailand?

Hello,

I'm now on tourist visa and I have extended it once, which expires on 17September. I understand that Covid Visa Extension is vaild until 27th September, can I still get a 60-day covid extension? Or a 10-day extension as it is valid through September 27th?

And once I'm on covid visa, can I still convert it to another visa type - ed visa/ work permit?
