Hi guys, I'm planning to fly out several days before the expire date of current visa. Can I apply immediately even if it's before the expiration date?  (I think the current visa should be invalid immediately if I don't do re-entry?)

However I'd like to be sure if that's ok, or I should wait to apply after the expiry date?

Anonymous participant so is it the actual 90 day visa or an extension of stay stamp? If the initial visa you can exit the country and the visa is void, if it's an extension you must first cancel your work permit and then your extension at immigration.
