Do children need to provide a passport photo while applying for a Thailand tourist visa?

Hello everyone. I'm doing the tourist visa (30days extra - 60 days ) for me and my child's. Does anyone know if I really need my childs to do a photo with passport beside there head?

"Please upload your picture holding the photo and information page of the passport"

did you do as requested when you applied for the tourist visa evisa ? That is one of the requirements.
