When does it start that you have to report 90 days? Is that already or do we have to wait until there comes an announcement? If shopping centers open already why not immigration?

TLDR : Answer Summary
90-day reporting for long-term stays in Thailand requires compliance with immigration rules. Currently, immigration offices are open, and it's advisable to conduct your 90-day report within the usual timeframe to avoid penalties. Reports should be made if your visa allows for stays exceeding 90 days, regardless of the current COVID-19 situation or announcements.

Time to close it down. If you already doing 90 days reports, advice is keep them doing and keep in line with the dates.

Nobody know how this period will ends and how maybe new rules or periods will be announce to get back in track.

Sorry to break the dream, I understand it is confusing when many like to tell Immigration Offices are closed and borders are closed. They are not closed, Immigration Offices are open during their normal business hours. Land bordes are closed, but you can take the plane and fly out if you like.

I did mine at the main Hua Hin office yesterday. Less than three minutes.

I would not wait for 31 July but do it somewhere around mid July or so.

I did my 90 day check-in yesterday at Phuket Immigration. No problems...5 minutes...

nice, but the Non Immigrant O visa is valid for maximum 1 year, not 10 years. I guess you visit every year the Immigration Office with some documents and bank book to apply every year for a new 1 year Extension of Stay and if you look in your passport you even see every year a new stamp.

You only make 90 day reports if you have a stay that allows you to be longer than 90 days inside Thailand.

Try to visit Immigration from Monday to Friday Opening Times: Monday- Friday: 8.30-12.00 and 13.00-16.30

They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but that is no excuse you can use for incorrect stamp.
