TLDR : Answer Summary
For your DTV visa in Thailand, you need to report to immigration for the 90-day report after 90 days of your arrival. This can be done as early as 14 days before the due date and up to 7 days after the due date. The reporting process is free of charge.

You do the 90-day report after you've been in Thailand for 90 days.

You can do the report from 14 days before the due date, until 7 days after the due date.

It doesn't cost anything.
