My next 90 day report is September 14th….on this day i arrive back in thailand from the uk, so I think i am right in that my 90 day clock starts again on that day so i should report in mid December….??? however…in early December i go back to the uk for Xmas returning to thailand on the 30th December.so my question is, do i not have to report to immigration from now until approx the end of march ??

Ps i dont know if it matters, but in October i will applying for my extension of my 0-A visa ( which i have extended once before, and also paid for the multi entry. )

Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting clock resets each time you leave and re-enter Thailand. Therefore, since you are arriving back in Thailand on September 14th, your reporting period will start anew from that date. You will need to report again in mid-December as you will not be in Thailand for 90 consecutive days until then. Based on your travel to the UK in early December, you will not have a reporting requirement until you next stay in Thailand for 90 consecutive days after returning.

If you are not in the country for 90 consecutive days you don't do a report. The day clock resets each time you enter Thailand.

Your 90days count is set as 0 when you leave Thailand, then re-start counting from 1 when you enter Thailand again. Your next 90days report is when you stay in Thailand for 90days consecutively next time. (For ex, I have a friend who is on an extension of stay and also a frequent traveler, has never done 90 days report)

90 days report has nothing to do with your next application for a 1-year extension.

Once you apply for an extension in October, you apply for a re-entry permit again after.
