Hi, i m not sure its been asked before .. but any help or link ll be appreciated.. which visa type to select on TM38 as on THAI WIFE (1year) extension from cheangwathana ??

Did you reenter the country on a reentry permit? Than the type is "NON-RE" regardless of extension type you exited under.

hope this is better, Non Immigrant (A Thai text ) Thai text should be when translated temporary and is the Extension of Stay.

You have the line Non Immigrant (90) and underneath Non Immigrant and some Thai letters, you need to use that one
