TLDR : Answer Summary
The user previously held a Non-O visa and extended it once for retirement purposes. However, they cannot extend again due to the passport validity issue. Now, they are in the U.K. with a new passport and seek advice on which visa to apply for to continue their retirement extension upon returning to Thailand on October 18.

Apply in England for the Non O Single Entry based on retirement, on return into Thailand you will get 90 days admitted to stay and 45 days before end date apply again for Extension of Stay.

Your currently on a multi entry too ? . Shouldn't be a problem , you have an address in Thailand . And for your extension as it's your second one your ( 800,000 ) needs to be in your thai account x 3 months .

I have my extension on October 18th by coincidence

You'll need both passports
