TLDR : Answer Summary
The user previously held a Non-O visa and extended it once for retirement purposes. However, they cannot extend again due to the passport validity issue. Now, they are in the U.K. with a new passport and seek advice on which visa to apply for to continue their retirement extension upon returning to Thailand on October 18.

Your currently on a multi entry too ? . Shouldn't be a problem , you have an address in Thailand . And for your extension as it's your second one your ( 800,000 ) needs to be in your thai account x 3 months .
I have my extension on October 18th by coincidence
