What type of visas does one need to visit Thailand & Vietnam for just one month?
Answer summary
The type of visa required for visiting Thailand and Vietnam varies based on nationality. Generally, many tourists can enter Thailand visa-free for up to 30 days if arriving by air, while Vietnam typically requires a visa for entry, which can be obtained online as an e-visa or visa on arrival with prior approval. It is advised to check specific requirements based on your citizenship before traveling.

To Thailand, a Toursist visa. No need to apply prior to travel. For Vietnam, you will need to apply for the Tourist visa online, wait till approved before you travel. I hope that helps. Please Do Not forget to register online for the "Thailand Digital Arrival Card" (TDAC) within 3 days before your arrival in Thailand.
It boggles the mind how people who ask questions, especially about international travel, can't be bothered to provide such basic information as citizenship, travel dates, etc..... ๐
Not a visa for that length of stay, just a visa exempt stamp. Recently I took use of the eGates when leaving Thailand (Don Mueang), so simple and even simpler I used the eGates to enter and exit Penang, Malaysia.
60 days visa exempt for Thailand (will be down to 30 days soon) and either 30 or 90 days e-visa for Vietnam (or an emergency airport visa sticker with a validity of minimum 30 days, applied for via an agency).
Depends on what Country You're coming from. For most Thailand still has visa exempt entry for 60 days, Vietnam requires a visa for most. You can get a visa on arrival for Vietnam but to do that You still need to apply for and get a visa approval letter before You travel. That can be done on-line and via e-mail.
