What type of visa can my partner apply for after being denied entry on an ED Visa Plus?

Should have spoken thai with the immigration officer since he was on Thai Language ED visa for a year …..🫣🤣 ….

Ignore all the noise, the only real advice you need is to relay to your boyfriend to contact an agent like Thai Visa Centre to safely get in. Your boyfriend will NOT be allowed back in without an agent. He can waste his time trying but it won't work. An agent 100% guaranteed entry.

I imagine the immigration officer first asked simple questions in Thai, and when they couldn't understand and answer the officer knew they didn't really go to school, and why they refused them entry on another ED visa. They have been identified as trying to live long term in Thailand, and now need a correct long term visa extension. Only real universities give the paperwork needed for the ED Plus, with university full time paid enrollment. Agents don't work with these legally, only universities. They need a long term visa, like the DTV. They are in the system, so buying a tourist visa might not even allow them to enter.

I am not an expert, but I think you need to give more information about both your nationalities, age, reason they want to be in Thailand, exact history of previous travel etc. This will give the moderators the best chance to give you precise advise.
