Hello. I tried to sign up to book a appointment through the Vientiane's Thai embassy website. I put all my information, then i got a message saying that I should check my email to get my username and password. I then went to my Gmail inbox to check and didn't see anything. I refreshed my email, checked the junk folder and every single folder of my email, and didn't find anything. I am now unable to book the appointment. I tried to create another account but the website said my passport has been already registered. I feel frustrated. Has anyone encountered this strange situation? Don't know what to do. There is no number to call. 😥😒
