What should my partner do if additional information is requested for their Thai visa application while being outside the UK?

Hi my partner is in the UK filled out the forms and they replied wanting additional information (all this) ? But he sent everything so majorly stressed out and confused now 😩

Did anyone else get asked all of this after initial applying everything?

Also can monzo send out a PDF that is signed, stamped from the bank as he won't be in the UK to collect the letter he will leave from another place

It is normal to be asked for additional info, even though some of the requested info has been supplied already. The embassy didn't know your partner has left the country until you posted it on here 🤣

The rules are simple, once you apply in the country you apply from,you have to remain in that country until you receive the official email notification. That’s it, not stressful in anyway, allow 10-14 working days, it maybe soon and check the Thai public holiday list on Google, there are many, ideally avoid applying then to avoid additional delays.

So he had work abroad and was going to fly out to Thailand from Italy once he got the DTV approved online. But yes now we see so he will head out now to Italy then be back in the UK once during to process to get the bank stamped letter etc. Hopefully everything will go ok and he gets his DTV approval 🙏🙌
