Can I apply for a Thai visa online from the Maldives if there is no consulate available?
I'm from the Maldives and there's no Thai consulate here. So I've to apply for the DTV thru the one in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Does this mean I've to be in Sri Lanka to apply for it or can I do it online while in the Maldives?
